Our Story
Our story begins in Sasebo, Nagasaki.
Raised in this historic port city where cultures have long intersected, our founder naturally came to value the memory of place and the importance of human connection.
In time, he realized that many travelers to Japan seek more than sightseeing or cuisine — they long to experience the “true Japan.” Yet opportunities to encounter that depth are not always easy to find.
Kyushu, our hometown, remains unknown to many travelers. We wished to share its rich culture, natural beauty, and the warmth of its people with the world.
From that desire, ZaBonne was born.
