Cancellation Policy

At ZaBonne, every journey is thoughtfully designed and curated specifically for each guest. Because our services involve personalized planning and coordination, the following policies apply.

Planning Deposit

A planning deposit is required before we begin creating your itinerary. Planning will start once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the time spent researching and designing your trip. Once reservations are confirmed, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your travel booking. If you are unable to proceed with your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit may be applied as a travel credit toward a future booking with ZaBonne. Travel credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Booking Confirmation

After your itinerary is finalized and reservations are confirmed, cancellation policies of the respective service providers — including hotels, transportation services, and experience providers — will apply. Refunds, penalties, and deadlines are determined by the individual providers.

Changes to Your Itinerary

If you need to modify your itinerary, we will do our best to assist. Please note that changes may be subject to:

  • Availability of services

  • Policies of hotels or experience providers

  • Additional fees are applicable

Third-Party Services

ZaBonne acts as a travel concierge and booking facilitator. Accommodations, transportation, and experiences are provided by independent third-party providers. While we carefully select trusted partners, all services are subject to the respective providers' terms and conditions. ZaBonne will assist guests in coordinating any changes where possible.
